MLB.com shows that he signed for $150k signing bonus. Was this a mistake or did he actually sign?

This site says that he has not agreed to terms. Currently paid out 6,268,500 of their 6,375,100 signing bonus pool. First 150k of rounds 11-20 don't count towards pool. If Kendle at round 10 does not sign, they lose that slot value and pool total would be 6,209,200. Already over and will pay a penalty tax. If they hit 6,519,660 (if round 10 doesn't sign), they lose draft picks. Max they can offer is Johnson is 401,160 before losing picks
