I posted in another thread with this same question. I have a buddy who is a Texas Tech alum who wants to go watch aTm get beat. He has never spent any time in the Quarter and wants to go for the weekend and make the game.

As for "is it crappy", I have never ridden it but understand that it is fine. It is not a youngster party bus and is mostly older people.
