it's complicated in that this is the second time LSU has booted our krewe... the first was from the PMAC area.

a sign of the times, i know, but still a crock of shite.

you're factoring in your own personal situation to much. your "crew" may be affected, but you really think less people will show up to the games this year.

hell, you realize what kind of "crew" lsu is gonna bring to dallas for the oregon game?

furthering a problem is not the same thing as "nothing will change"

the tailgates on tower drive are full of hundreds of people with similar situations... tailgate krewes dont just blossom overnight.

It's not similar to simply purchasing season tickets.

What problem? Increased prices? That's going to happen. Believe it or not, LSU is still on the low end, ranked in the SEC. Increased prices have affected me, and I still go. And if I didn't, someone else would.

I'm quite sure your area is full every game just like my area is. But if you think that there are 200,000 people on campus for a North Texas game, then you are the ignorant moron.

yes, i'm sure people who werent previously tailgating will see this as an opportunity to plop down $600 a year for the right to do so.

first, that has nothing to do with the demand for parking at $40 a mile away from tiger stadium.

secondly, you're smoking crack if you think 200k people are on campus for a north texas game.

Exactly, now you're getting it. I promise you there are many. I had a friend call me tonight asking about where I park. There is a waiting list. He just got on it. It will likely take years for him to get in my lot.

people who want to tailgate have been doing it.

there is no slack in demand as you're claiming. Very few tailgaters will see this as a chance to start tailgating in those areas, rather, they will just be taken over by people who want to show up at 5pm.

fine and dandy if you want to move most of the tailgating riff raff.
