It's bc they're children & they want the hires to be made right away.
Kelly has his process & won't compromise it for some of our impatient fans that think they know what they're talking about.
The truth is they don't know shite & should stop complaining about things that they have no clue about. They won't though, & they'll just keep making an arse of themselves.

Most posters here have never been in management nor have ever had responsibilities. Responsibilities aren’t given to oilfield deck hands, garbage men, cashiers and construction workers. BK’s position requires the brain cells those could never comprehend.
