I agree. He knows he made a mistake coming here in the first place. Imagine him with a good coach!

I agree with Brent. Ben needs to want, and get, the ball. I'd take Hield's attitude over Simmons' any day.

That's not the point, yeah he might want to be there, but as an announcer you don't say that. All you guys missed the point of the OP

I didn't miss the point. It needed to be said by someone with a voice.

A classy kid like Simmons doesn't have that kind of mindset, but ole Musberger has a point. The way Johnny Jones is wasting his talents he might as well be gone after one season. Being a former BBall player I can immediately recognize that I should be running my offense through Ben Simmons. He is my PF and everything comes through him offensively. Also, I'm on his arse to be more assertive. I know he likes to pass and that is good, but I need him to recognize that he is LSU's best chance most times to win. So, don't worry about looking like you're selfish sometimes with scoring a lot. Be selfish, brah!

It's not as if he's going to be coached up if he stays at LSU

I agree with everything that has been said but it's not Musberger's job to speculate on his choice of a program. It just didn't need to be said whether it was right or wrong
