Really makes you wonder about the pitching in the Big South Conference.

The best pitcher in that conference was on his team. He was also generally awful against power conference pitching last year.

Even in his bad times, the Bear was SEC talent. I'm not sure that Simpson is. Dardar has more to offer at the plate.
