Speaking of Urban..... Why does he get a pass after leaving Florida so quickly, out the back door. Health problems?? Would that be health problems of Urban or TE Hernandez's victims?

Urban Could win 11 games with Brandon for sure.

But I think he could win 10 games with Andrew frickin Hatch, so its more of a testament to how good of a coach he is and less about how good Brandon is.

Meyer would've maximized his potential? Look at the quarterbacks he's coached and how they've fared in the NFL. Tebow had all the physical and mental tools coming into college and basically flunked his pro day.

Brandon Harris could win a national championship under CUM, but he could never play WR. He is not an ATH.

If Harris was a WR at LSU he would be a practice player and never see the field.

As a QB, Harris would have been a backup at best at Ohio State. In fact, he is a backup at best at LSU right now. Harris is simply not an SEC QB and never will be. Danny Etling is by far the better QB over Harris and should have been groomed to be the starter for the Wisconsin game. If the Cam/Les duo hadn't been playing favorites Etling would have started to begin with.

Anyone who can't see the difference in the team from Harris to Etling is basicly a fool. Harris had more than his fair number of chances and failed miserably. It is over for Harris at LSU. He probably needs to go play in the Sunbelt.

Lastly, how in the Hell is Harris a so-called "dual threat". Harris can't friggin' pass! Some of y'all are dreaming.

We just may find out. BH graduates with a year left. His return is doubtful

How did you make that assumption.

Because he's used to being tackled with the ball still in his hand too, i guess.

I thought Harris played pretty well for most of last season. He tapered off at the end of the year, perhaps due to the injury he sustained in the bama game. But, it is clear that Etling is a better quarterback.

I was under the impression that Etling got hurt the week or two before the Wisconsin game, so perhaps that's why he didn't play. And after going an entire year or more without any game reps, perhaps the coaching staff was concerned with giving him any playing time until Harris completely imploded.

Another thing to look at, since Harris started every game last year maybe Miles and Cameron felt he deserved a chance to show what he could do. They pulled Harris pretty early in the Jacksonville State game to give Etling a shot.

And as clear as it looks now that Etling is the better of the two, can you imagine the whining and crying that this fanbase would be doing if Harris wasn't given a fair shot at the beginning of the season.

Les won 9 (+1 cancelled game) with Harris last year, for whatever that's worth.

U serious?

The only reason Tebow never made it in the NFL is because he refused to change position.

If I recall correctly, one of Urban's OSU quarterbacks is presently playing in the NFL, and not as a QB.

People laugh but yet Herman personally recruited Brandon and he's done wonders with all of Ohio's qbs and now Ward

It was ridiculous hard for any LSU qb to have success under the culture Miles brought here since 2008

It took a senior Qb with an NFL offense to have one legit passing season since

And that's cause he opened it up and trusted

Funny how all the qbs look the sane under Miles

He may never be a pro qb but Harris would excel under a confident coach like Herman who took a 3 star and made him into a heisman could tender

Miles did his qbs no favors and often had them playing as if walking in eggshells afraid any turnover would be the end of their opportunity. He never gave them wr friendly routes to get in a Rythm either.

Ensninger has already incorporated better receiver routes and spreading the ball

The only time Harris was unleashed was his freshman season vs MSU and he showed how great he was in a wide open spread offense. He nearly lead us back and was making NFL throws in that game because it was wide open and no pressure

It was reported that he was out with a back injury for that game.

Seemed like a weird headline at the time given his posiand the fact that nobody expected him to start or play anyway.

Others will get a look...we'll turn to a running back...db...wide receiver...who played QB in high school.

...but not Harris..that is a recipe for more ...when we need...less miles

Lmao. Seriously, lmao. I guess Meyer would run an offense that allowed him to never be pressured, and to throw deep balls only....otherwise, there isn't anyone out there that could help BH improve his accuracy on short throws.

Lmao. It is pretty clear what's going on here. It is also comical saying BH would excel in any system. He cant run worth a shite, and literally looks for a place to go down. He has zero pocket presence, can't get past his first read, can't accurately complete a short pass consistently, can't accurately complete a medium pass hardly ever, but hey, he can throw the deep ball. He doesn't have it...I don't care who his qb coach is. You guys and your BH crap.

BH can't run? You might wanna slide to the 3:32 mark. LINK Few have done it better. On display, is the kind of talent that Urban and Herman have harnessed. I don't care about the NFL. Both coaches have won in college with guys that weren't the most accurate passers but we're play makers. I watched JT Barrett struggle with accuracy until the final Seconds of the Wisky game Saturday. Then pull it out at the end.

It's clear. And has been said here b4. Brandon Harris chose a school/system that did not match his skill set. Auburn, Ohio, Clemson (currently) are better fits.
