He enjoys already being a millionaire and hunting and coaching would get in the way of that.

We could do a lot worse . I’ve known been his entire life . He enjoys coaching his kids and doing radio. He’s made his money and wouldn’t ever consider coaching full time D1 baseball.

I did answer. The answer is it’s irrelevant if he’s interested because LSU should not ever consider being the school where Ben McDonald cuts his teeth in the coaching world. LSU should be plucking one of the best established coaches in college baseball to come to a place where they’ll pay you more and you’ll have better resources.
