How's the view of the field from those seats?

Will you have to have a ticket from that section in order to buy a beer or can walk up fans from other sections get one too?

I applaud this first step!

Yep. Free food, too. It's called the Skyline Club. I hope to get some seats there this year. Only premium seating that doesn't require TAF donations/points!

Well, I'm still a student (at heart)

Anyway, I don't associate with the riff-raff that set in those nosebleed sections. My boy Draco and I have seats in the Minister's box!

It's a food and drink package that you PAY for.

Might as well watch from home, so high you don't even feel like you're in the stadium.

Semantics... fine, it's complementary food. Better?

I hope everyone realizes that the seating hasn't changed. They just added comped food and the ability to purchase alcohol.

You couldn't be more wrong. As compared to other stadium's end zone uppers, the SEZ upper is generally closer to the field...

...and has the added advantage of having restrooms and concessions right behind the seats. You can stand in line for concessions and still see the game.

That's the upper sections in the south upper right? Are those bleacher seats or are they upgrading those? Also isn't that where they put some visiting fans.

So this means about 350 people out the 100k can drink in Tiger Stadium...legally....i guess some progress is better than no progress

Bleachers atm. Dunno if upgrades are planned, but if they are, it will be after this season.

Edit: Not anymore.

And Tiger Den Suites, plus Stadium Club West, Stadium Club South, and the suites in the South

Woof. I'd still rather binge drink and sneak stuff in than sit up there. Lemme know when booze becomes more available throughout the stadium.

Around 10,000 of the 102,321 fans in Tiger Stadium currently have access to alcohol via premium seating.

If it was solely up to LSU, that 10% would be more like 50%.
