Y’all are ridiculous. Les had to go. He made the program stale.

None of the guys the OP spoke of said keep Miles. All were open for a change.
The rant was full of loud mouths saying anyone can win 9 games a year at LSU year in and year out. It doesnt matter who LSU hires anyone will be better than Miles etc. Blah the frick blah. Every day we read this ignorance. Even after CLM won it all and the undefeated regular season. "LSU was winning all these games despite Miles......" Blah Blah Blah.

Those guys the OP spoke of were saying just make sure you get the right guy if you are going to pull the trigger on Miles. "No program anywhere will run itself for 12 years" "Its a tough job". "Expectations are the highest in college football with the must win every year against Saban" etc.

If O hadnt lucked out on Burrow, LSU was rolling with Justin McMillen in 2018. And this program wouldve went to crap much sooner.

But he did get Burrow and he put together a fantastic staff and those were all his players and deserves full credit for 2019.

But, this big boy program got away from him. Just like those guys warned of. O made way too many poor decisions. shite happens, especially in this conference.

And LSU better find the right guy moving forward with OkLa and Texas coming in. They better stay elite with recruiting, developing NFL players and winning 9+ a year year in and year out, without sanctions and personal life mishaps.
The SEC eats Head Coaches up and spits them out routinely. Its a pressure cooker waiting to get red hot at any moment.
Look at the long list O joins.

It wont be easy for the next guy either.
