If Hatch plays, it will be a bad day for Tiger fans. Because I think that #12 is THE QB right now and Hatch should only play if #12 implodes.

I'll assume he means Hatch will come in for a couple of plays as a RP typy player. He won't start. No way he would start. It would be the worst coaching scheme ever for him to start over Lee after the past two games.

It will be great having Beckwith back. It won't hurt to have Hatch in some. Especially his ability to run. I expect they will be shooting gaps and blitzing all night long.

Lee has been named the starter. Hatch should be on water detail.

Yes, Lee is the starter but Hatch will play. Miles said he could come in on the 2nd series, third series, or whenever. While I do think that is "coach speak" I do see Hatch playing meaningful minutes.

I think it's ok for Hatch to play a series or two. But, if JL has a successful drive then it would be absolutely stupid to take him out. Yes, you would think the coaches know that...but then again, I also remember CS in the UK game.

Yes, JL has only played six quarters really well...but he has a new favorite target in Lafell and I can see those two making some great plays. Plus, Byrd, TT and the Mitchells are ready to make some big plays themselves. Through in KW, TH, and Murphy and we still have "too many weapons."

Using hatch in the RP role will be fine.

Hatch should only see the field again if Lee is hurt.

good plan if hatch was even half as good as RP running the ball, but he's not

But why take plays from scott, kw, holliday, etc, just to get hatch in the game

Gotta think Coach's remarks are meant to take pressure off our young QB.

Beckwith may have some mental knee issues. I worry that he will play timidly. I hope not.

Hatch gives us at least some running threat in short pass threat when he is in there. Lee should start, Hatch should be used to the keep Gators guessing.

Miles has to have UF prepare for Hatch, thus the comment. But, I do believe he will come in on a few series for a run style change up depending on how the game is playing out.
