Because it's LSU and not Baylor could Mulkey pull in even greater talent?

She had some extremely talented teams at Baylor. The only step up in terms of talent would be on UConn's level.

The two best WBB programs and in Connecticut and Texas. They get players from all over the nation.
It's the success of the program (which is usually the head coach) that drives that.
If Kim Mulkey coached at Montana, she'd get great players to come there.

Doesn’t matter. She’d be bringing in unbelievable talent if she had stayed at Tech.
