Smart man.
I once knew men, not from Louisiana, who knew the scores of many college football games, the NFL, and boxing matches the day before they were played. They were from Nevada, California, and Ohio, and rarely wrong. It was scary. They were a rough bunch, and friends of the family. I was in my 20s, and foolishly believed in strategy, the best players and coaches, home field advantage, etc. Since that time I NEVER gambled. I learned underpaid players will do anything for cash. Referees were very corrupt. Owners cut good, but honest players, and many athletes had terrible drug and gambling problems making it easy for them "to take a dive." Enjoy sports, but don't sell your soul to it. And don't be naive.
