Should I look into OSU having trouble with Belmont any, or just assume they are still a threat.

I didn't watch the game and they are obviously a good team, but 3 hits gives me some confidence.

Jace fry going for the beavers, wetzler in game 2?

My guess it will be Dan Child. He has a 2.75era and has been pitching very well lately. He also only pitched 2 innings last week so he is well rested.

I wouldn't base my opinion of any team on 1 game, but they are your typical small ball team, similar to UC-Irvine. They get a guy on, they are gonna bunt. Their pitchers get in a little bit of trouble, they take them out.....the catcher will go out to stall before Pat Casey would come take a guy out on at least 2 occasions.

Didn't look good at all on tv. Had LSU played first, and this game been the nightcap, I bet you would have about 2000 more people at this matchup.

LSU always is going to pack the stadium for a Regional, no matter what time they play. This was the first time that LSU chose to play the nightcap. I'll trust Coach Mainieri with his health concerns over a couple of our players.

Look at the teams he plays against though. I'm not agreeing that KG throws a no-no, but the level of competition is going to increase.

And will get drafted about 35 rounds lower than Gausman.

Well, then clearly Belmont's pitcher is better than Gausman. I guess we're screwed.
