Outside we were good.... very good. That is nice to see. Haven't had that in a long time. Big men need to step it up a bit. Need to take care of the ball better and not so many breakdowns on D. Over all I am happy as can be with what the team looks like so far.

Not there yet but very promising.

Keep in mind

1. We are young
2. We played NSU not even close to the SEC
3. Big Men must play big in the SEC - work to do
4. Keep expectations realistic

Great to see the encouragement- they will need it this year

Caught glimpse of Del Piero standing next to Green on the bench and he dwarfed him. I sure hope he can become a servicable player in time.

watching a tj coached team and a brady coached team could not be more of a drastic difference. tj employs legitimate coaching strategies and techniques. you can tell we look like we're trying to emulate the best teams in terms of strategy as opposed to brady's abomination of an offense.

While I think offensively I'd agree I think Brady's teams played consistently better defense than Trent's.

It just doesn't look like Trent's teams have any concept of defensive rotation.

I think Brady actually knew hoops more than most will ever give him credit for. He had some of the best defensive gameplans I've ever seen period.

Brady's problem was relationships. Relationships with players, other coaches, fans, administrators, everyone.

Ironically, in his speech when he took the LSU job that was the keynote to his speech...that relationships were the key to success. And he failed miserably at the one thing he professed to be the key.
