I’m on your side on this. We went down to the wire with a top 15 team and everyone here acts like the season is bust. 4 of our 5 best players are sophomores or freshman; we’ve got a ton of opportunities for improvement as they naturally grow.
Hell, if Williams puts in just 1 of his 6 or 7 misses at the rim, we go to overtime. 2 and we win. As these guys continue to get reps, those will start to fall more consistently and we end up winning this type of game.
No true PG and a thin bench will be legit challenges to overcome, but we’ve got some elite athletes who can ball. We’ll be just fine. Probably end up as a 6 seed if I had to guess.
