How many sweet 16's and NCAA tourney's did Brady have before coming to LSU when he was at Samford? How many did Trent Johnson have? Johnson has proven at other schools in better basketball conferences (Pac 10) that he can be very successful. Brady is coaching a Arkansas St. and is 10-7 right now.

Rightttttttt...that must be why LSU ranks #12 in nation in all time football wins, has been in 40+ bowl games, and had been nationally ranked like 25 time before Nick won his 1st game at LSU. LSU football has been ranked in the top 10 for attendance for like 50 yrs.

I love LSU baseball, but before the 90ies LSU was lucky to have 500 people show up for a game.

LSU football won the SEC in 1986 and 1988, about the same time baseball began to register on the map. This talk about LSU being a baseball school is way out of line. LSU is a football, basketball, and baseball school. The number of SEC championships in all three are pretty close to the same amount.

LSU is an agricultural and mechanical college that provides a platform to higher learning for capable students. It also has various club and varsity sports programs including, but not limited to, football, basketball and baseball.

UM...no...not this. This might be the dumbest thing I have read, no offense.

Pisces,

I like your enthusiasm, and I hope you are right about next year's team. I just don't want to get my expectations up too high about next year's team. If Trent got them to the NIT, then I would consider next year a success.

I also couldn't read past page 3 of your thread due to Beatles and T20 coming out from under their rocks and fricking it all up with all their senseless babbling.

Cameron, please don't post here again. You make Beatles sound coherent.

If we still had Brady we are looking at a National Championship. No doubt in my mind.

I believe Malcolm White will come in averaging 12 pts per game. Rebounding a lot and block every shot that comes near him.. A big contribute.

Malcolm White would make this team 14-3 right now.

Judge Judy - "If it doesn't make sense, it isn't true". You and the other NEGATIGERS need to start your day by chanting this for 30 minutes. It will keep you from being so gullible and mislead in your lives.

I attended all the home games and all the away games, 98, 99, 2000, 2001, If Brady could have kept his team happy and out of reach of Butch, he would have still been here as a national contenter coach, we lost great players because we didn't have a Bobby Knight style coach, where winning was the only option

That's a new one. All the NEGATIGERS praise Butch. Of course, they also said everything would be just peachy when Butch took over. As usual, they were wrong. The winning percentage was exactly the same. Explain what you meant about Butch.
