As for the Ott question, I'd like to keep him at closer, but I can see that the time to move him may be coming. I hope somebody else steps up so that we can keep him for the 8th and 9th innings for all games.

If it were me, I'd use him like we used Bradford and Coleman. Bring him in if needed on Fridays and Saturdays and if he is not used, he can start on Sundays with either Rittiner or Ross as a closer on Sunday and have Bourgeois be the starter on Sunday if Ott is not available.
ETA: Bertuccini wouldn't be a good starter.

Looking like that may happen soon. I might give Ross another shot for the Sunday games if Ott had to throw much on Friday or Saturday.

I agree with all of that, except Bertuccini starting I don't agree with or think will ever happen, but I made the same argument in a post a week or so ago.
