I've given it some thought, and it sure seems pathetic when folks feel the need to gloat about something they have absolutely nothing to do with. I mean, I'll be honest, if LSU had won, I would have bought a NC tshirt and enjoyed wearing it around town (I live in Ft Walton Bch) just to irritate Ala. fans. So, basically you've got a guy who graduated from LSU many years ago, trying to get under the skin of a person in a WalMart, say, who flies Red A flags from his car but likely never attended the Univ. of Ala and probably has never set foot on the campus. Multiply that mindset by several hundred thousand fans of both schools (and other schools) and it's really fricking pathetic.

I hear you jeff, but as a fan, you do have something to do with the wins and losses. You feel eleated when you win, and down when you dont. thats what being a fan is all about.

Alabama had the best defense in modern history and proved it.
Uh...., y'all didn't play the likes of Oregon and West Virginia either when you go comparing stats.
Oh, and....Georgia held LSU to one first down in a half. Alabama wasn't the first team to expose LSU

Don't go to WalMart, and you won't have to worry about Gumps.
