100% disagree with you here. Arkansas fans statewide are among the most knowledgeable in the SEC.

I don't think there is a single state in the SEC that has the sole allegiance of their team like the Hogs have in the state of Arkansas.

Arkansas ain't shite. We beat ourselves last year. We are far more talented. Plus Mallet is gone. No worries over here.

Yes, I guess you can say I'm sleeping on them

I find it hard to believe you think we aren't a team to be feared. True we had some crazy plays go our way, but we also took a knee on the 2 yard line. Also you said mallet is gone - mallett threw a bone head interception as we were driving in on another touchdown, maybe Wilson doesn't throw that interception.

I'm not telling you to fear us, but I wouldn't take us likely. See South Carolina game from last year.

90k people and you notice this?
I always noticed whoever was within a 10foot radius of me. Seemed that there were always a lot fewer people confused about the rules of football on account of their vaginas when we were playing Arkansas.

I'm glad you got a kick out of it. Doesn't make it less true.
Of course. That's because it couldn't possibly be less true. It's the most contrived, unnecessary excuse on the books right now.

Feared? Never.
Respected? Occasionally.
Noticed? Often.
Hated for not realizing this? 24/7.

I think that we have to make it through Oregon, Mississipi st, and West Virginia in the first month.Every LSU game this year is big with the exception of Northwestern st and western kentucky/ W ith so many huge early games its easy to put games like Arkansas and Flordia to the side for the time being

People fearing Florida more than Arkansas is laughable. Florida will be lucky to win 7 games this year.

actually, the 2 games on our schedule that have me the most nervous are Arkansas and Alabama. I think we beat Arky in another war type game at home and lose to Alabama. So yeah, Arkansas is a definitely a "big" game and has been for years.

This much is definately true. Why folks think that Muschamp will be able to compete on this level with zero head coaching experience is laughable. They will be lucky to have a winning record, it will take time for him to become good.

I think if the game wasn't around Thanksgiving it would be bigger. Arkansas fans make me mad and that makes it a bigger game for me.

This year is the first that I will take Arkansas seriously.

+1

I hope it's really +93,000 because we need Tiger Stadium to not be half dead and golf clapping against Ark this year. I have a good feeling the Hogs have beaten us just enough and the Ark fans have been just annoying enough to where the fanbase will be unbuttoning the first button and taking the gloves off and rolling the sleeves up (so to speak) for the game this year.

That's what their fanbase did last year and it seemed to be effective in firing up the team.

Just talked to a Hog fan today and he revels in the fact that Miles has been owned by Arky basically since 2007 and have succeeded in ruining our season on a sour note year after year. Hog fans also attribute the fact that we lose to them to one Les Miles.
