JLee hosed himself!

Care to explain?

I will give it a shot.

Lee started 8 games after starting one game in 09 and 2010 combined. JJ came back in the last week of Sept, but didn't start till Nov 12.

Miles allowed Lee to continue starting even after the 2 yr starter, JJ, had been back 6 weeks and even let him start the biggest SEC game of the year against a football program he had struggled badly with for his career.

In that game, Lee once again struggles with T/O's having one at mid-field and another at bout the LSU 40. He earns a QB passing eff. of 15.

Since that game, JJ has resummed his starters role.

If Lee had played as he had in the 1st 8 games vs Bama, he would have started vs. game #9.

He didn't and most of college football has been talking rematch with Bama since the LSU FG won that game.

It doesn't surprise me that the LSU staff has been getting JJ as ready as possible for the next Bama match up.

I like Lee, I admire his stick to it, I'm glad he has had the year he has, he can play QB on my LSU team anytime, but he has no one to blame for not being the LSU starting QB but himself. imo

A good qb doesnt panic from a bad snap and throw it into triple coverage.

How about one that goes 5-13 for 30 yards in his next to last football game he will ever play in as SR?
Help me understand that one.

Neither QB is very good, it's been said a thousand times, but the events that unfolded in the Arky and SECC games were not in Lee's or Mett's best interests.

It appears that alot of people don't see is how much of a competitor Les is, and how he loves beating down his opponent. A perfect example was the Florida game and the jump pass, it wasn't needed to secure victory, it was done as a rub in the face I beat your arse moment..Same as the handling of JL, Miles sees anyone who doesn't agree with him as an opponent, and he is rubbing it in every chance he gets, but it's sad because it's at the expense of a player...

No, but it's obvious he hates being questioned....Look at it this way, how bad does JJ have to play to get yanked...

He obviously does, or he wouldn't have started Lee against Alabama.

You missed the part bout the staff getting JJ as ready as possible and Lee, a back up till the week before the season, getting to start and play most of the 1st 9 games, didn't you.

I'm sure back up QB's around the college football world wish they could have been so mistreated as to start 9 games and play more snaps in the season than a 2 yr starter who returned in week 5.

This is like when TheDoc argued that recovered fumbles are the same thing as lost fumbles when JJ is in the game.

I remember...also recall him calling JJ an "arrested felon".

Hey, I hope JJ has a great game, but if JL comes in...I hope he has a great game as well.

None of this crap means anything...just win, baby!!!

A perfect ending to this season would be for Lee to come into the game wiith 2 minutes left and lead the tigers to a td on the last play
of game. Tigers win tigers win tigers win holy cow...
