What people like Sammy don’t get that this a-hole only thinks the “mental health” excuse is a get out of jail free card and license to be a criminal because people like Sammy gave him that idea. He didn’t have any “mental health issues” until college when people started paying him and making excuses for him.

He can definitely blame this in mental health so needs to be locked in a mental health institution until he gets better because otherwise he's a danger to the community
