There's an instant play by play with gamecast dude.
You and a couple others seem to want to turn this into a pissing match.
I'm actually happy it wasn't a leaky line, meaning there's still hope.
If Vandy was constantly in our backfield in 1st half like article says, I'd be sick.
I guess Kleinpeter is an idiot, cuz its like 60-1 saying no problems.

I am aware of that.

I just don't see how you can see:

"Pass incomplete"
"Pass Complete by XXX for X yards"
etc etc etc

And "sensed the pass blocking was inept early."

Especially with the near universal view on these boards (which you referred to) that JJ had a poor performance.

That is all I pointed out/asked.

Just because you can't answer it doesn't make it a "pissing contest"

Just to answer the question, no. The OL seemed to provide plenty of time for JJ to progress thru his reads, and find his check downs. Problem is, JJ was terribly inaccurate. I know you've probably heard about it, or seen a replay by now, but on the INT, it was about a 12 yd pass that he underthrew by about 5 yds...to TT, who had a good 5-6 inches on his defender. That about summed it up last night. Screen passes were hitting guys in the ankles, or they were having to not only stop, but twist around to get their hands on it. Just an awful night by JJ.

JL had one pass, and it was out so quick the OL wasn't even out of their stances yet. So I don't know where you got that both guys were pressured. JL didn't have a finger on him.

I thought the pass blocking was very good. By the third quarter, the front 5 were having to block 7-8. And they were still getting it done. I think JJ was only sacked once maybe.

I think if he had a quicker release, and defenses actually respected him, that O-line would look like a bunch of all americans.
