That's right and under no circumstances can you say "we" when referring to the tigers if you didn't graduate from LSU.

One of my rommates at LSU was enrolled but cheered for Ole Miss. His family went there. I don't really get that--my family went to other big schools and there is NO way I'd cheer for them over the Tigers.

There is a guy that graduated LSU, and is a huge Ole Miss fan. He lives in Winnsborro, but has been a big supporter of MRA sports in Jackson Ms...over the last several years. He absolutely hates LSU, and the bitterness and jealousy of LSU's success is about to push him over the edge. Story goes his family would not pay out of state for him to go to Ole Miss...so he was forced to go to LSU. Can't remember his last name.

I worked with a guy that was from La graduated from LSU and then went to Texas for law school and he was a Texas fan and said he would root for them to beat LSU. I can not fathom that.

I'm a UGA grad. Went there because the state lottery paid for almost all my tuition. Always rooted for LSU and did while I was enrolled as well. No classmates had a problem with it really. Just got spit on during the LSU-UGA game in 09 wearing purple in the student section.
I'd still root for UGA over any team except LSU.

I went one year undergrad to Vanderbilt, 3 years undergrad LSU, 4 years LSU medical, and 3 years at Alabama for residency training.
I root for all three. Root for LSU if playing Alabama. If we play Vanderbilt I stay quiet, because I really do like Vanderbilt.
I was thrown off the Alabama board, by the way, about 6 weeks ago for stating that the two football teams were equal in ability this past year. They had split two games, LSU made the plays in November but Alabama had in January. LSU hadn't got to play in Baton Rouge, and Alabama had the obvious psychological advantage in the 2nd game. Got an email about 5 hours later suspending me. You know, they don't allow any LSU fan to post as of 3 days after the November game. You can be from Auburn, Notre Dame, Georgia, or UT and post, but not an LSU fan. I was told I wasn't an Alabama fan and that "the ban against LSU fans was serious, complete, and didn't allow for fence straddling." I was, by the way, listed as an Alabama fan on the board. Guess I'm just down to LSU and Vandy now.

LSU grad, I pull for SMU as well being since some of my family went there. I would never pull for them to beat LSU, though.

KNow a dude who attended/graduated from LSU but is an absolute diehard Louisiana Tech fan.
Even to the point where he hates LSU. Props to him for sticking to his guns.

LaTech undergrad, LSU masters. I wore a tech shirt to the last game they played in Tiger Stadium.

Growing up in the Carolinas, I have always been an ACC and Big East basketball fan. I love UNC and Duke bball, as well as Syracuse. I grew up following LSU bball and was a huge fan until I attended LSU. Shaq pretty well took care of that.
I support LSU football more than any others, but find myself pulling for Michigan and sometimes Notre Dame. Though would never pull for either over the Tigers.
