I would think an LSU fan who really needs the services of such an attorney would consider retaining the services of his firm out of familiarity and a sense that a small fraction of their money may be recycled into the program at some point

there are people who consider using lawyers with huge advertising budgets and there are people who do not consider using those lawyers. Gordon knows this

No, and I'm not more likely to use him because I see the numerous billboards or the tv ads. Nothing against him, it just doesn't sway me.
Doesn't mean I wouldn't use him either. If I'm in need of a lawyer I'd do my due diligence and go with whomever seems to be the best fit for me.
