I don't think any signs point to that, and if defenses perform, he likely won't be here in a few years as he'll have already moved on to be a HC somewhere else by then.
She1311 - you are missing my point entirely on this thread. Les is on the 2-4 year plan max. If Aranda performs spectacularly, we just might keep him as our replacement to Les, and not let him go elsewhere. He has the WOW factor coming in. Let's see if he can perform up to his billing.
