How big in the presence of LSU fans?
There will be a heavier presence until Saturday morning, is my guess.
Wisconsin fans are in much closer proximity to this game, so it is more of a day / weekend trip as opposed to a week-long trip.

How are the locals reacting to this (like the extra business or hate the increased traffic)?
... It's Green Bay. I'm sure the locals are reacting just fine.

Green Bay is about the size of Denham Springs.
Denham Springs? Isn't the population of Denham Springs under 10,000? Green Bay has a population > 100,000.

I arrived last night. Two day drive.
I saw a few fans at the hotel. I stopped in downtown Milwaukee to get gas and saw one other car. They did a point like "holy %&%$" there's an "LSU fan"
During the drive from LA , I came across two couples who were on their way as well. My car was decorated but I did not see any other car during the drive and no rv's, but I left early Tuesday. However, when I came to the toll to enter Wisconsin, the toll booth guy went nuts and is all jacked up for the game. He told me there were fans passing through all day.
I arrived sooner than expected so I will drive around and hit up a watering hole for lunch. Go tigers.

All it means is you stock up at the store before 9:00pm... Doesn't prove or "disprove" anything. Bars will be open until 2:00am, like many places.

I thought you couldn't purchase a liquor drink in a bar past 9. I recant my statement

It was poorly communicated earlier in the thread.
State law prohibits the retail sale of liquor and wine after 9:00pm and beer after midnight.
Bars can sell whatever they please until 2:00am on M-F and 2:30am on Saturday and Sunday. Most bars in the state will shutdown around 2:00am, though.
