Good morning! We cannot wait to host you at the LSU Baseball First Pitch Banquet this Sunday, January 21 at the Crowne Plaza (4728 Constitution Ave, Baton Rouge, LA 70808). Suggested attire is business casual. Please see below for more details regarding the event, and let us know if you have any questions!
Arrival & Check-In
Complimentary parking is available on the rear side of the hotel. Doors open at 6:00 PM, and check-in will be organized by your last name. Our staff will provide you with your table number, as there are no physical tickets this year. Table sponsors will receive drink tickets at check-in.
Reception
The general reception open to all guests will feature three credit card only bars, team-autographed posters, and silent auction items. We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing other items to be signed, as there will be complimentary signed posters, as well as silent and live auction items to benefit LSU Baseball.
VIP Reception
Opening at 6:00 PM and closing at 6:45 PM, the VIP Reception with an open bar is exclusive to the Champion Sponsors' entire table.
Sponsor Gift Bags
All Purple, Gold, and Champion Level Sponsors can pick up their sponsor gift bag right outside of the VIP Reception doors.
Dinner & Program
Please find your assigned table, and the program will start promptly at 7:00 PM. Dinner will include Caesar Salad, Herbed Lemon Chicken in a Lemon Butter Sauce, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, Rolls and Butter, and New York Style Cheesecake. We’re excited for you to hear from Coach Johnson, select student-athletes, and guest speakers, including Kevin Gausman, Mikie Mahtook, and Jared Mitchell! This event will conclude at 8:30 PM.
Silent Auction & Live Auction
Don’t miss out on 100+ exclusive auction items and experiences through the silent auction. Download the free LiveSource App to browse and bid on items or visit HERE to support LSU Baseball! Bidding will close at 8:30 PM. The live auction will feature the Athletics Director Suite for a Game, Dinner on the Diamond, Play at Alex Box, and a Dinner in the LSU Baseball Locker Room.
