He'll get over it.. Football is a team sport

I feel a lot worse if he was disappointed after an amazing comeback win. He should have been out of this world happy, like the rest of the team
I was too busy being happy for John Diarse and Kenny to notice.

No need to feel sorry for LF.
Football is a team sport, his team won, and he didn't do anything to hurt the team. He is 1-0 in his college career as a Tiger.
He can be a little disappointed he ddidn't dominate, but people with the drive that LF has don't sit around feeling sorry for themselves when things don't go how they imagined. LF will work twice as hard until he is satisfied with his performance.
And more often than not, he will be disappointed with his play, even when he blows up. He'll focus on the play or two he didn't make rather than all the ones he did. That's what the great ones do.
For now, the 18 year old college freshman should be happy that he finally got to wear the purple and gold, that several of his teammates really played well to keep his team undefeated, notably his QB, WRs, and backfield leader.
LF is straight up living the dream. His moment to shine will come, and hes working hard right now to make sure it will come very soon.
Anyone feeling sorry for him is suspect.

I noticed him after the game with his head down and just looking extremely disappointed..
I really hope this isn't true

he shouldn't be hanging his head at all. he played well in his limited snaps. he had no one blocking for him. i'm sure he wasn't used to that.
