I just watched the uncensored video. Dude is gonna get crushed. Felony coming up in his future. I know this is a common prank in juvenile circles but in NOLA with the tourism problems with criminal activity lately(and in previous yrs but more as of late) this guy will be made an example. He'll wish he didn't display this behavior as it might come back to haunt him in OPP. Hope not but that was a poor decision by him.

All fan bases have bad apples, but I get tired of hearing fans from other schools talk about how bad and classless LSU fans are. Between this little mob and Updyke, I think that any fan from Bama who feels the need to bad mouth our fans should just STFU.

I dislike the gumps fanbase as much as any of you. But I don't think kid should be charged with sexual crime.Why should he have to tell neighbors he was charged with sexual crime.I do believe he should spend time in the pokey for a month or so and when he gets out he has to cut the grass on LSU campus for a year.Let all the students see this a-hole everyday.Also he may learn during his time on campus that not all LSU fans are crap ,he may even come to like some of them.

Please explain a situation where placing your genitals on the face of an unconsenting victim would be considered a sexual crime, in your opinion. And then explain the difference between the two situations.
He is not the same as a rapist, but there is some merit to the opinion that he may have a similar mental incapacity that would tell him this was an acceptable act. I'd like to know if I lived near someone who felt it was perfectly acceptable to place his testicles on the face of someone he doesn't see eye to eye with. Even doing that to a friend as a prank displays some sort of mental issue, but to do it to a stranger is beyond conceivable.

When you commit a crime involving your cock/balls and an unconscious person's face, that's a sex crime in my book. The guy really appeared to be getting off by doing it.
