What's funny is Ben Hill Griffin stadium at UF is open during the day, anyone can walk around and get in the field. There's always people running stadiums and just hanging out. I guess they police themselves.

Anyone else think Brandon Harris had something to do with this? Saw him on campus earlier with a suspicious look on his face.

Break in? We used to go jogging in there in the late 80's and early 90's

A live tiger roaming

Clearly the best choice out of any of them.

Could you imagine someone breaking in and not knowing that there was a live tiger roaming around? It's not like a dog, where it would make a bunch of noise and let it be known it's in there. It would just be roaming around looking for its next meal, and there stands the person who decided to break in.

I'd imagine they'd shite themselves when the roar is heard, but by that time it's probably too late.

well it use to be people would find a way in, just to go walk on the field or just be there

Exactly....several years ago we were there for a baseball game and walked by the stadium. It was wide open and there was no one around. We walked on the field, ran around for a bit, took some pics, and left. Great memory for us and no harm no foul. Guess times have changed quite a bit.

Embarrassing that our campus security is this inept. My God, is our technology in the 20th. century? Central station cameras, alarms lighting etc.

Sounds like LSU needs a new telcom/security company on campus. Seems as if the current one has gotten too lazy/complacent in their extended tenure on campus.
LSU ITS, you know where to find me.

Once we get a new "Mike"..... let him spend his nights in TS.

Problem solved.

Sounds like a good way to acclimate him so he would be easier to load into the trailer for Saturdays. Give him "ownership " of the stadium so to speak.

I used to break in all the time in 79, 80, 81, 82. The gate right across from the campus police station would lift up just enough to to slide under. It was pretty cool in the middle of the field at 2 or 3 in the morning. Also, there were some pretty big creatures that roamed the stadium, probably rats. I would guess.

On another note, I was an avid tunnler.
