Appreciate the apology. I hope you live up to your promise. I stopped posting on the board during the games because of all the anti-LSU posters (negatigers). It was insulting trying to talk to negative fellow LSU fans. A handful of luck is worth more than a truck load of wisdom. My expectations dropped a great deal after Ryan Perrilloux left. Yes he had many problems, but he also had Heisman ability. When you kick off a potential Heisman candidate (which was the right decision) you cant expect to achieve the same success without more problems. What would Florida be without Tebow, Texas without McCoy, Missouri without Daniels etc. etc. etc. It is what it is. winning 10 games and a New Year bowl this year is plenty good enough for me. Follow that with a top 5 recruiting class and Im content.

Would a 35-17 victory over Saban's number one Alabama help you in shaping your opinion of Les?

yep... I agree with your whole post
Les Miles is a better coach than Mack Brown is IMO , and look at where Tecksas is right now.

I'm being totally honest... so don't blast me... but yes, probably...... I think Bama is really good this year..

It won't take that... I was actually doing better until the loss to Florida last week. Last year, our only two losses were triple ot deals... The games were close. Last week, we looked clueless. I know... I know.. that happens at times.. it just kind of shook my confidence in Miles.

I don't want to see LSU mediocrity, but to expect a repeat this year when we've lost so many on defense is unrealistic. I'm still milking last year's title, and will do so for a few years until the next one. It's realistically going to take a few years to get the leadership and experience at every single position again. But until then, we can cheer for the Tigers to keep winning and win a few SEC titles along the way.

Where are we going to get immature clueless posters to replace gatygr. The RANT is becoming way to mature for me!
