He needs a QB with a brain.

These two opinions don't mesh.

Maybe there is some worry that the problem may be Miles and not Crowton? We just signed one up for seven more years and let the other one go.

I think a lot of people are wondering what if the problem fixed was not the real problem....
then what....

Crowton was the biggest problem....then QB of course. Both of those can be fixed relatively quickly.

Throwing balls at peoples feet when they are 20 yards from you has nothing to do with coaching.

Poor footwork certainly leads to poor throws. Poor footwork are a clear indication of poor coaching.

There seems to be nervous sentiment in a lot of posts about GC leaving. What's the deal? I thought this was something we all had consensus on. What gives?

I'm a little concerned that our passing game may drop off some. 107th following 108th the year before and rumor has it they're adding 10 new schools to Div-1 so the that's got us a little edgy.

Well, according to Miles, when he hired Crowton he believed that he had hired the best OC in college football. What happened? Is he now going after the second best?

when he was good he was very very good.

we wont miss the frickups.

I wont miss his opening call for Jarrett Lee, which consists of a lateral so that the opponent has a chance to create a turnover in our territory. I wont miss that shite. Whacko.

I also wont miss his contrarian gambles.
He had more confidence in the passing game in short yardage than reality confers.
