Flynn never ever looked like JL? If your trying to compare JL to Flynn your way off the mark. Also I haven't heard of anything to question the charactor of JJ, so I don't see how you can compare him to RP.

we will start JL if we decide we want to put away the career record for pick 6's

JJ passes the eyeball test, JL didn't.
thats it?
to break it down further for you, JJ didn't stare down his recievers, JJ was fairly accurate with his throws, when things broke down, JJ was able to buy time or run the ball, he just looked more confident out there after no redshirt year and little real game experience. JL after 8 games and a redshirt year to learn the system still couldn't do any of those things.

Not saying that at all. Just saying many here thought Flynn sucked and wanted RP to play cause RP "looked good". The eye test is of no measure especially when your comparing two young very raw QBs.

your original post confuses me...But, if you are trying to say that all these people that say JL should start over JJ must be JL's relatives, I have to disagree with you. They are prolly just being realistic. Let's face it, if Lee is ready for the bowl game, Miles WILL start him. NOt saying that is the right decision...Just trying to say that Miles NEVER makes the right decision!

he is definitely more athletic, and he seems much more comfortable out there than JL...I gotta agree

Why don't we let Lee, JJ, and the other 3 QBs that will be on campus in the spring battle it out for the starting job? Seems only fair because any of them could improve dramatically and take control of the starting job. As for the bowl game, let JJ start.

Yes, JJ should start, and I expect a some great competition in the spring at the QB position. I began the year favoring Lee over Hatch, but as the season progressed, it's obvious Lee is not the man. I would not be suprised if he eventually transfers, and I would wish him well if that happened.
