Alabama players don't quit. They even stay for their senior years.

LSU's players are being brain washed. Chase could have an all expense paid Insurance policy if he stayed. Year after year LSU players leave before fully developed and it hurts their draft status.
People like Ryan Clark are infiltrating the program and brainwashing the players.

Alabama players have to take a pay cut to go pro. It’s a no brainer for them.

Saban paid chase to opt out.

It makes sense for him to leave... timing isn’t great, but whatever

Not just Alabama.
Georgia, Florida, Clemson, Auburn...
Where are all the other starters opting out with these other teams?
We're up to 4 LSU starters that have now bailed on this season.

He would be getting millions from the insurance contract LSU would pay for.
He quit on his teammates.

Exactly.
How is an agent even getting access to LSU players?

Maybe half. Do your research. Thanks in advance
If they are projected to be selected early in the draft, underwriters could offer a coverage limit that typically falls between $1 million and $10 million, based on the projected draft position
It’s important to understand that simply suffering an injury or illness and then being selected with a later draft pick than anticipated does not guarantee a claim will be paid.
In fact, policies include standard exclusions for pre-existing injuries or illnesses, osteoarthritis or degenerative conditions, drug and alcohol use, criminal acts and mental, nervous or psychological disorders.
He’s had previous injuries to his ankle. Like I said, maybe half his actual value.

It's not even a real season dude. No fans, no anything. Why should he play? It's idiotic.

You wouldn't leave either if you made the kind of money bama players make.

Perhaps, perhaps not. What will a year off from competition mean to his development as a physical wide receiver? That's the million $$$$ question. Sure, he will be a 1st rounder no doubt but who jumps ahead of him by playing this year? We shall see. Good luck to him.
