A proposal to make the 24-team playoff work

10 divisions of 10 teams that are regionally clustered. Top 2 teams advance to the playoff. 4 at-large berths for people to advance out of tough divisions. Balance non-conference scheduling with an algorithm that selects for roughly equal strength of schedule and history.
This way you have a meaningful regular season, regionality, & the greedheads and Stankey are satisfied.

Agree. Just don’t think we’ll ever get less than 24 once Stankey & the other greed heads get ahold of the cash.

It’s pure crap
Look at team quality outside the top ten the last 100 years. It sucks. A money grab by big business and big education. Paul will get a big raise like the rest.
