while we must make a chg in DC and we will-- Pellini was not without major issues as well-- we had some real bad games in the champ season- especially ark and kentucky loses- defense was poor on long passes in those games as well and agains the run with the hogs-- we need a wholesale new chg in defense - miles will get it for us and we will come back again.

I dk what the hell our problem is. We have so much talent on D as usual, but we just suck arse. My guess is bad coaching or our players have to not be that bright because they are caught out of position so many times. My guess is the first one.

It would also help to actually not defer possession when we win the coin toss. Since our defense is not strong this year we could take possession. It worked last year to defer possession, because we had a stronger defense.

Agreed. The defense did play lights out, DOMINANT DEFENSE, after the first few minutes of the game. Wedid give up 10 (I think) quick points which put us down and we had to rally. Which we did.
