No shite. They lost last year at home to Ole Miss. With Percy Harvin. They can damn sure lose without him at Tiger Stadium at night. I hope are team isn't as big of cunts as some of our fans.

I really get upset when an LSU fan predicts that we will lose to the Oly Myth scumbags. You obviously weren't around when the rivalry was at its peak. I don't care if Ole Myth had 22 guaranteed AA starters and we had none, I'd die before admitting that I thought Ole Myth would win. What's this world come to?

To me it's not as much a question of the QBs stepping up as it is the defense stepping up.

Shore up the D and there's no doubt in my mind that the Tigers can win 10 this year.

FL returns their entire team (on defense their entire 2-deep) except Percy Harvin, and they handled AL easily without him last year. Tebow is a once in a lifetime player, and he will be on a mission in his senior yr.

Not saying that is a cant win, just saying its not one I expect to win.

And like it or not, OM will be good. Nutt wont be able to sustain the recruiting, but when he's got good players he knows what to do with them.

Yes, LSU is capable of winning every game. But statistics say they wont. So pick the games you think they might lose. And I'll tell you if Ciron, Barksdale, or Hitt gets hurt- they could lose up to 5.

Insult me all you want. I live and die LSU sports. But at some point, rationality has to step in.

This schedule does not line up for a championship run.

9 - 3 at best

I'll take it. Sounds about right with a chance at better depending on a few variables.

So, it's basically the exact same guys who lost at home to Ole Miss.

except Percy Harvin

minus their 2nd best player

he's been on a mission ever since he's been at Florida. Yet they've still managed to lose 6 games in the 3 years he's been there.

Fair enough.

I think they'll be good, but after losing 2 1st rounders, no reason to think they'll be better than they were last year when they lost 4 games. Their record will be better because of their schedule, but I think they'll go 9-3. 10-2 best case scenario imho.

Of course.

The game in Athens is going to be way harder than some of our fans think. They are always good, it's hard to win between the Hedges any year, and it will be Jefferson's 1st real SEC road test. That game scares me. Of course Florida. And then Alabama and Ole Miss. While I don't think either one of them will win the West(I think we will) road games in the SEC are always tough.

My apologies. We're on the same page. It just pisses me off some of our fans think we shouldn't even bother showing up against Florida. I'd say our odds of winning that game are certainly less than 50%, but they're damn sure not 0 either. Anyway, and

And Bama was a pretty mediocre team that we handled if not for a fuked-up QB and Malveto.

And Tebow is not once in a lifetime. Tom Brady is. Vince Young was in college. Tebow is not. Again, OU showed that he isn't great when he faces a pass rush. Quit drinking the kool-aid.

I can see that, but you're giving up too easily.

You can say that about any team. We have quite possibly the best OL in the league, so I certainly wouldn't be using that as the reason.

Like playing at the Swamp next year does better?

Worry worry worry. You worry about LSU's OL. If I was Ole Miss, I'd worry much more about having some scrub left tackle that they'll have trying to protect Snead's backside against Rahim Alem.

I think the four big games we have this year are FL, UGA, Bama, and Ole Miss. I think we split and go 2-2 so we end up 10-2. granted the past few years we have lost to unexpected teams so 9-3 is definately a high possiblity

At least there is one out there that I can agree with. Percy Harvin is gone, and there went half of the Florida offense of last year. Ole Miss lost 2 players in the first round of this years draft and a few other good players. Alabama is breaking in a new QB. Georgia is replacing their starting QB, a first rounder, and a running back, who also happened to be a first rounder. LSU returns Charles Scott and Brandon Lafell who could have left early for the draft. Senior leadership and as good a group of talented players as anyone in the nation. Don't underestimate what this team can do.
