And the fact that it took our AD telling O to stop fricking with the offense to turn this season around.

If anything I posted is slightly incorrect. Show me what it is and I will not post it anymore. If not shut up and deal with what you know is the truth.

Facts suck when they don't support your idiotic narrative don't they?

You're the one trying to establish the narrative of Oregon as an elite coach.

State doesn't have equal talen

At that point of the season, they did. Key and guice weren't healthy and a lot of guys were playing their first road game.

UF is garbage this year,

They were still playing decent on defense at that time. Good enough to stop a miles offense.

quote:

Miles never lost to Auburn at home

Matt Flynn ain't walking through that door.

I see him at potentially 7-1.

This is laughable if you see the trend of the past few years. If miles was still here, we're still trying to make Brandon Harris into a pocket passer and running guice into brick walls behind a very young offensive line. we'd have had trouble outscoring Syracuse as well.

yeah, by stating the FACT that Saban did not have to play 20+ freshmen and start 8 of them, I am trying to establish a narrative other than what my post states.

And yet Miles beat them often.

I forgot he's the only QB Miles beat Auburn with...

What part of the SEC is a dumpster fire this year are you not getting?

Guess you missed when Miles put Etling in at QB last year.

So you're not implying O has it harder than Saban did when he first got here?

Go root for another team then if 6-2 doesn't make you happy....

We don't need fans that want our coach and team to fail....

Nope was agreeing with the guy who said Saban's loss was nothing like Eaux's loss. Just pointing out that Eaux is playing over 20 freshmen and Saban didn't. That's all.

So you're making no implication to one of them being worse than the other? You're just bringing this up for shite and giggles?

let me explain something to you about les miles. The guy was a great recruiter and good face of the program, and won a lot of games with the talent he recruited. look at all the nfl talent on his teams. His offense was outdated but talented enough to beat up on lesser talented teams. Eventually if your offense doesn't keep up with the times, those equally talented teams start to beat you. And then if you still don't change, the lesser talented teams start to beat you. And then when you aren't winning as much, the recruiting drops off. This is where Miles was the last couple of years. A change was needed. I don't think O was the best hire, But the offense needed an update and miles had plenty of chances to do it but never did. So why would you think he'd do any better this year than the previous years that had better talent?

It was nowhere near the level it is currently. We're about to have an unprecedented number of coaching changes in this league.

I know you're stupid, but can you try to pay attention just a little?

I'm not advocating for Miles to come back. I'm not saying he shouldn't have been fired.

All I'm saying is that 6-2 this year with a loss to goddamn fricking Troy isn't all that great.

Ok. And Lsu isn't as talented either. You're the one saying stuff like miles never lost to auburn at home to make a point about THIS year. you're acting like we have our usual talent but everyone else is down. That's why I said what I did about Flynn walking through that door. This team is very young and the studs have been hurt much of the season. Give them a little credit. This team has shown HUGE improvement over the second half of the season. Miles teams lately had collapsed in the second half.

So again, I need to give O credit for getting us out of a hole he dug?

Calling me stupid??????

You sound like you are defending everything Miles did... you also sound like you wish O would fail so bad that we get rid of him... that's your real problem... O has come in and done a better job than Miles.... oh well get over it Clyde....
