LSU: 3 (#5 Alabama, #11 Florida, #15 Auburn)
Georgia: 3 (#11 Florida, #15 Auburn, #16 Notre Dame)
Iowa: 2 (#10 Minnesota, #22 Iowa State)
Ohio State: 2 (#12 Wisconsin, #19 Cincinnati)
Penn State: 2 (#13 Michigan, #17 Iowa)
Wisconsin: 2 (#13 Michigan, #17 Iowa)
Oklahoma: 2 (#14 Baylor, #22 Iowa State)
Michigan: 2 (#16 Notre Dame, #17 Iowa)
BYU: 2 (#20 Boise State, #23 Southern Cal)
Baylor: 2 (#21 Oklahoma State, #22 Iowa State)
South Carolina: 1 (#4 Georgia)
Auburn: 1 (#6 Oregon)
Southern Cal: 1 (#7 Utah)
Minnesota: 1 (#8 Penn State)
Kansas State: 1 (#9 Oklahoma)
Illinois: 1 (#12 Wisconsin)
Florida: 1 (#15 Auburn)
Temple: 1 (#18 Memphis)
Texas Tech: 1 (#21 Oklahoma State)
Texas: 1 (#21 Oklahoma State)
Oklahoma State: 1 (#22 Iowa State)
Washington: 1 (#23 Southern Cal)
Notre Dame: 1 (#23 Southern Cal)
Oregon: 1 (#23 Southern Cal)
Georgia Southern: 1 (#24 Appalachian State)
Memphis: 1 (#25 SMU)

Interesting points from this edition of rankings:

-With a win over Auburn, Georgia jumps Ohio State in the number of ranked wins

-Iowa is now the highest listed 2-win team after taking down Minnesota

-BYU, despite being 6-4, now has 2 ranked wins; they also have losses to Toledo and USF

-Texas dropping to unranked (again) caused a few teams to drop down, or out, of these rankings

I posted these from my phone and it's still early, so let me know if I made any mistakes.

You left out Alabama's ranked wins. Why? Anti-Bama bias?

Should've added that. It's week 11, 3rd week of the official CFP rankings and Alabama still has no ranked wins.

ETA: Utah is in the same boat, to be fair. But they have possible quality wins left on the schedule. Alabama has Auburn.

So if we're to understand this, you're saying that Alabama hasn't won a game this year against a ranked opponent?

The CFP ranked teams who didn’t make your list, (plus their best win) are:

#3 Clemson (7-3 Texas A&M)
#5 Alabama (7-3 Texas A&M)
#7 Utah (6-4 Washington)

#19 Cincinnati (7-3 UCF)
#20 Boise State (8-2 Air Force)
#22 Iowa State (6-4 Texas)
#24 Appalachian State (8-2 Louisiana)
#25 SMU (7-3 Temple)

Power 5 teams are bolded.

It's sad that South Carolina and Illinois have Top 15 wins and the teams above don't.

They left out “Eye Test” for Alabama.

That’s worth at least 3 ranked wins right there.

Good work! Was anxious to see how far down OU would be...
