Gray Tiger, you're sarcasm is misplaced. Boat and Freek nailed it in their posts above yours. The 2011 offense was just like the 2016 offense. The difference was the defense and special teams. They wore down the other teams' spirits.
Plus, LSU's passing game was so bad, and it's running game was so good, that defenses 1) had their linemen play run first, allowing our QB tons of time, and 2) played 8 or 9 in the box leaving them extremely vulnerable to deep passes.
As soon as LSU played a defense that could stop the run our QBs were exposed. One was a moron. The other was a scardey cat.
