Nothing has been done yet, like I said its a "possibility" Love the new blood.

I am skeptical that we will be a great defense next year, mostly because of the front 7. We should return the entire secondary minus Hawkins and McCray, who are not huge losses.
SDE: Levingston, Aghayere, Brockers
SDT: Downs, ??? Marsh ??? (assuming Hicks is gone)
WDT: Nevis, Davenport
WDE: Edwards, Clement, Montgomery
Levingston is pretty good, not great. Edwards has been impressive but he still has a lot to learn. He seems like the third DE right now and when Alem leaves, he'll be the top candidate to fill the spot.
That is unless Montgomery wins the spot. I certainly think the Edwards-Clement pecking order has been hashed out. Montgomery is the question mark. Also, Aghayere has had his chance, and Edwards is better. Brockers is another question mark.
We are thin at DT. We'll probably have to play a true freshman for the second year in a row. Downs will likely be a first time starter. Davenport is talented but we've never seen him in action.
SLB: Baker, Prater
MLB: Sheppard, Minter
WLB: ???Francois???, Johns
I like the Sheppard/Baker tandem. But who will replace Coleman? IMO the leading contender will be Francois, because he is a similar player (S who moved to OLB). Another contender could be Mingo. Either way, the new starter will be almost completely inexperienced.
CB: Peterson, Claiborne
SS: Taylor, Hatcher
FS: Jones, Loston
CB: Eugene, Brooks
I like the secondary. A lot. This group could be amazing. That should help the front 7. We'll need it to in order to have a great defense again next year.

The key ingredient is that this will be year two of Chavis' system and the defesne will flourish.

I agree that could be a positive factor, but we will be very inexperienced in the front seven.
I am especially concerned about DT depth and the OLB position. I am also concerned that the quality of the projected starters at DE is not as high as we are used to. There is a lot of hype about Montgomery and Brockers, but I think it is too early to pin our hopes on them.

Fixed..
