I’m talking about what Miles struggles with up until/through 2007 for the perception to exist about him winning with Saban’s Players.
I don’t disagree with your points towards the middle/later years of Miles’ tenure here, but your points didn’t really apply to the 2007 time frame inquired about by the OP.

Sure it lost the bowl on a dumb play but it was loaded with elite talent.
then how did the greatest coach of our generation lose 3 games?

2016 when the change was made, the program was not on the rise. It was stale and stagnant. In 2019, roughly 17 starters were O recruits. Orgeron retooled and restored our football success.
everyone on this site considered the 2016 year as our year to win a title because of the talent.
the 2017 team was littered with nfl talent all over the offense.

Miles achievements can't be ignored but Orgeron had a few more challenges to overcome
I agree with this. Orgeron didnt have the roster that miles had in 2005 but he had talent.
O is giving it his all in an attempt to start a dynasty. I didnt see O ever having an undefeated NC. but he just gave us the most accomplished season in the history of cfb and just curb stomped every "elite" coach in cfb

Miles was a lazy dumbass.

This couldn't be further from the truth.
