However, we desperately need a QB whisperer to develop our talent, update our passing game concepts and recruit the vast talent pool in Texas.

Ensminger did not want to be OC
Ensminger is not a quality OC
One of those two can be verified by the word that came out of Steve Ensminger's mouth 2 years ago. The other is opinion but if your definition of quality means better than serviceable the it seems to be verifiable via statistics.
