you are welcome to come by our tailgate, pretty large and good food. Send me a PM
Dumb question but new to the site, how do you PM on here? Clicked on your user name but didn't see the option.

Post game, win or lose, there will be a lot of tail gating going on again, so with the bars being so crowded, unless you are just into that scene, hang around the stadium & find a good tail gating party. Should LSU win, it will be just as wild as pre game. No glasses allowed in walking around the stadium, get a large plastic cup & you'll get all the re-fills you can handle. Bath rooms get to be messy so if you are with a female, bring your own toilet paper. Avoid the cops. Not trouble per se, just a smart idea. Going to be hot. shorts t shirt & flip flops will work just fine. Get there early, way before 10 to get the full effect.

We always have tons of different people around our tailgate. We had a group of Canadians for one of the games last year. They brought some Canadian Whiskey with them to share. If there's anything cool and local to your area to bring (local craft beer, etc), that would be pretty nice for sharing.
send me an email, I'll give your details about our tailgate if you'd like to stop by. I'm at the one w/ the coffin ice chest if you've seen that around.

One day...

. For a 2:30 kickoff, do we need to get down there before 10 am?
10am is kinda late for a 230 game. I'd advise 830.

2. Would we (2 of us) be better received by the LSU faithful if we wear LSU apparel or if we went in non-SEC college apparel? We weren't sure if wearing the latter would create conversation with the locals and allow us to explain this is a bucket list trip for us.
Wear your true gear and tell your story about a bucket list. You will have to run away from the food and alcohol.

3. Do you advise bringing our own alcohol or are most tailgates friendly to out of towners if you throw them some cash for their generosity of hosting the tailgate?
Most people will feed you alcohol if you tell them your story about a bucket list trip and who you're a fan of. As long as it ain't Bama. With that said, I'd maybe bring a case or 18 pack of beer in a disposable styrofoam ice chest to get your day started and to fill the void between tailgates if you hop around.
