It actually has not happened yet this decade:

The 2000 Oklahoma Sooners went 12-0
The 2001 Miami Hurricanes went 11-0
The 2002 Ohio State Buckeyes went 13-0
The 2004 USC Trojans went 13-0, Auburn Tigers went 13-0, and Utah went 12-0
The 2005 Texas Longhorns went 13-0
The 2006 Boise State Broncos went 13-0

So not team yet has gone 14-0.

OSU did go 14-0 in the 2002-2003 season

Amazing especially since they don't play a championship game in the conference
