Would any of these guys been invited to the combine straight out of high school? No. Therefore...the only logical conclusion is that the coaching staff has developed them into probable NFL talent.

You can't go to the combine straight out of high school, this isn't MLB. LSU is a university that has a lot of 3,4,5 star athletes and NFL scouts watch these guys. If these same players were at Ole Miss for example, they would still be invited to the combine. Les Miles has nothing to do with it and I'm still waiting for you to tell me who will start in the NFL in the first year or two? And are you going to tell me someone like LaFell is only going to the NFL due to Les Miles? Would he not have been invited if he played for 50 other collegiate teams?

no shite...it was a rhetorical question.

If the Ole Miss coaching staff developed them properly than yes. But just because you're a 4 or 5 star coming out of high school, it doesnt mean you're getting invited to the combine.

No...i'm not saying that. But he has helped him get there. Jacob Hester ring a bell?

Maybe...maybe not. I dont know what 50 other college coaches would have done.

If you really think the head coach of a college football team has nothing to do with a kid possibly going pro than i really have nothing left to say.

I can almost reassure you that the players that Miles has coached love him to death, he has turned them into great mean on & off the field. But I can guarantee you that the players in the last two years are upset from 9 losses in 2 years.
