Out of the good or decent teams, they'd probably be more like 50th.

Which still sucks arse.

His La Tech teams got better every year. Oregon went from 18th in total offense to 9th in total offense. BYU and LSU he had FR or SO QBs in 5 of 7 years, but in the 2 years he did have SR QBs he had great offenses. BYU did get better in year 4.

Please stop with this shite. Boise had a sophomore QB. Didn't seem to hurt them. That's just one example. There are plenty of teams that succeed with QBs under 20.
For frick's sake!

And last year, Boise's QB was a starting freshman.

But the excuses feel better. LOL!

Its all on the the trigger man. Crowtons offenses are limited or accelerated by the QB that runs it. With this team, there are other factors as well, but Crowton has shown a reluctance to change the game plan to suit his QB.

Congrats to a damn strong offensive line and quality scheme. They had a real want to finish at the bottom. I don't read books, but if I did I wouldn't read this one.

Boise plays in the WAC. Find teams that did it in BCS conferences.
Sam Bradford, Tim Tebow, the back up at Cincinatti that came in halfway through the season when the starter went down. Some coordinators actually know how to call plays that play into their quarterbacks strengths unfortunately LSU is not in that group. Just to put how awful this offense was into perspective. We finished behind Vanderbilt which isn't exactly considered a prolific offensive team. Crowton is shite and will be again next year if Miles wants to keep him and lose his job.

112th ranked offense basically means you have the worst offense in CFB. So that should get anyone fired...which I still believe will happen unless Miles wants to lose his job...

I think we didn't run the option enough. I think against UNC, we should run the option to the short side of the field the entire game. Then, watch as tigerdroppings explodes

Hopefully, the first time we run it we gain 20+ yards. That should guarantee that Crowton doesn't run it again.

No defense for that pitiful performance. It starts with our pansy O-Line tho.

Stats can be deceiving

LSU is

76th in scoring offense
49th Pass Efficiency
21st least Interception thrown
8th least turnovers

To say that Our QBs got sacked 37 times which is ranked 105th and still ranked 8th for least in turnovers, its saying a lot...A lot of these stats are ranked by yards. LSU averaged 5.13 yard per play..These 37 sacks took away 255 yards out of LSU's total offense and if we don't lose those yards we'll probably be ranked in the 40 to 50 range.

Now if we can improve our Offensive Linemen. It will all fall into place.

Wow.

If this isn't reason enough to hire a new offensive coordinator, I don't know what is.

Crowton must have some polaroids of Miles and Alleva in compromising situations with a goat, a nun, and a bottle of vegetable oil.

Nothing else would explain LSU's determination to keep such an incompetent coach on the staff.

If memory serves me correctly, Tommy Hodson was a redshirt who "did it."
