You realize he was our starting center just 2 years ago right? He's a decent run blocker that puts up tons of pancake blocks but even more whiffs.

T-Bob is an asset to this team and the OL, but realistically he's nothing special as an offensive lineman.

Snapping the ball is the least of the extra responsibilities. Center makes all the calls for the offensive line, there are several types blocking schemes for each play and center chooses which one. Its a much more demanding position, and getting that snapping hand back in time to lock into a heads up defender's pads before they get you is tough. Guard is the easiest on the Oline.
