The extended play on 3rd down in the first half led to a TD and his legs accounted for 2 more. If you really want to blame someone, which half of you retards clearly do, blame the overpaid moron of a DC that’s given up the same shite for 3 years.

the defense put that bum in position to make the few good plays he did

I'm the furtherest thing from a doomer, but I've seen enough from Leavitt. He'll make a couple miraculous plays here and there, but that's it. Give me a quarterback who is average but consistent over Leavitt. He refuses to sit in the pocket and look past his first read and relies way to heavily on his feet. Which means that the deep ball is a non threat for any defense facing him because God forbid he let a play develop. He'll place a couple great balls, but then miss wide open receivers in the end zone on gimme passes. His throwing mechanics are absolutely fricked with that whole sidearm motion. Hell I've never seen a quarterback have that many balls swatted at the line, let alone seen a quarterback hit a defenders helmet.

I always give quarterbacks the benefit of the doubt. And if you want to say he has a trash line in front of him, I'll agree. But there's way too many inconsistenties that are entirely his fault. He's over hyped trash we overpaid for. Ride with Clark.

Leavitt kept LSU in that game.

Like hell he did. An average but consistent quarterback would have kept us in the game. I've seen enough. Leavitt will constantly be one step forward for every two steps back he puts us in offensively.
